The two Catalan territories declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, signed this February 26, an agreement for joint action resulting from the agreement between the Diputación de Barcelona and the Diputación de Girona, management administrations of the RB del Montseny and COPATE , managing body of the RB of Terres de l’Ebre. It aims to encourage collaboration in projects inspired by the fulfillment of the triple function of reserves: the conservation of natural heritage, the sustainable development of local communities and the promotion of knowledge.
The presentation ceremony took place in the Casal de Cultura of the municipality of Montseny, in the framework of a technical conference on the LifeClinomics project.
