The Diputación de Barcelona presents Life Clinomics at the CONAMA LOCAL DE TOLEDO 2019

The Diputación de Barcelona explains the participatory methodology of Life Clinomics within the framework of the CONAMA LOCAL of Toledo (April 3, 2019). Attendees are invited to sign the Pact for adaptation to climate change and are offered tools to replicate the project. The Diputación de Granada (Andalusia) and the NELS network (Navarra) expressed their interest in replicating the project in their territories.

In the Life Clinomics Project, the Terres de l’Ebre and Montseny Biosphere Reserves sign an agreement for a joint action (February 27, 2019)

The two Catalan territories declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, signed this February 26, an agreement for joint action resulting from the agreement between the Diputación de Barcelona and the Diputación de Girona, management administrations of the RB del Montseny and COPATE , managing body of the RB of Terres de l'Ebre. It aims to encourage collaboration in projects inspired by the fulfillment of the triple function of reserves: the conservation of natural heritage, the sustainable development of local communities and the promotion of knowledge. The presentation ceremony took place in the Casal de Cultura of the municipality of Montseny, in the framework of a technical conference on the LifeClinomics project.

Life Clinicics at the Meda Week 2018 (November 21, Cambra de Barcelona)

This event is held within the framework of the Life Clinicics project, (funded by the European Union), which aims to increase the resilience to climate change of Mediterranean and local companies. The transfer of knowledge is vital to increase the adaptation capacities of economic activities in the Mediterranean countries, which share similar climatic characteristics. We find entities in the field of agriculture, fishing, tourism and forestry.
